We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, close your account, delete or modify the content of the Site, or cancel an order whether you have complied with these Terms and Conditions or not.

The products and services offered are intended for sale to adults who have reached the age of majority in your place of residence, which is 18 years in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant’s Site, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site, as well as the dates of offers, prices, and availability, features, and technical specifications of these products are subject to revision and change without notice. A product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may not be deliverable due to a situation beyond our control. We will then cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, if applicable.
Your sole recourse in the event of non-compliance with the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for a refund, in accordance with the applicable refund provisions below.
Registration and Password
You will need to fill out a registration form to access certain parts and features of the Merchant’s Site. You agree to provide us with up-to-date and truthful information and to keep this information up to date at all times.
You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password and access to your computer, so that no other person uses it. You are responsible for all transactions made in your account using this information. Comments

You are fully responsible for the comments you post, we are not responsible for them, and you agree to indemnify the Merchant against any damage arising from them. It is prohibited to speak on behalf of other persons, to conceal your identity, or to make illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or privacy- or intellectual property-infringing statements, or to engage in chain letters, spam, or junk mail.
We reserve the right, without obligation, to modify or remove comments, without explanation, and we assume no responsibility for the systematic review of published statements.
When you post a comment, you give the Merchant the non-exclusive right to use the name and content published, free of royalties, perpetually and irrevocably, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, represent, translate, distribute, communicate to the public, and display it worldwide and on any media.
We ask you to post only one review per product, unless you wish to provide new information. You agree to comment only on products you have personally tried, maintaining a respectful tone at all times. It is prohibited for employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers to post comments.
Applicable Laws
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada that apply to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of Mont-Tremblant is located.
Order Errors
If you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but no later than 48 hours after its discovery, by sending us a message to the following address: info@jpitreservice.com, and by providing us with sufficiently detailed information about the error that has been made.
In-store pickup of an online purchase must be done during normal business hours.
In this case, the risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased goods are transferred to you when you take possession of them in the store.
Cancellation, Termination, Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
You can cancel an order for a product that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform our customer service of the issue that prompts you to cancel the order and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.
Exchanges are not permitted.
You can request a refund for a product that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform our customer service of the issue affecting your product within forty-eight hours of receiving it and obtain an exchange authorization. Subsequently, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the product to the distributor’s address to obtain a refund.
Subject to other provisions herein, your request (for a refund) (for an exchange) (for an exchange/refund) must reach us no later than days after the date of purchase.
In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of a returned product is transferred to it only when it has been received at its physical place of business.
Warranty Limitation
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, THE MERCHANT EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. IT ALSO EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE CONTENT, ELEMENTS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON THE SITE OR THROUGH IT, AS WELL AS ON ITS SERVERS AND IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
Liability Limitation
THE MERCHANT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS ON IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, USE OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The copyrights and trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site through a specific license.
